1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Souveno AI account or using the Souveno AI dashboard, WhatsApp agent, or related services (collectively, the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
You may use the Service only for lawful business communication with your own customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, product catalogue, and pricing you upload, and for complying with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Indian consumer protection law, and all applicable tax and telecom regulations. You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing outside opt-in rules, illegal, deceptive, or infringing content.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or compliance risk.
4. Data & Privacy
We process the messages, contacts, quotations, and business profile data you submit to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not sell your data. Customer conversation data is stored in tenant-scoped databases and used only to provide the Service to you. You retain ownership of your business content; you grant us a limited licence to process it as needed to deliver the Service.
5. Payments & Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties including WhatsApp, Razorpay, and language and AI model providers. Their terms and fees apply separately. Payments collected via linked payment gateways settle directly to your account, subject to the gateway's terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souveno AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination we will make reasonable efforts to help you export your data for a limited period, after which stored data may be deleted.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
